Angela Salomon, PsyD, LAC
Dr. Salomon holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She has 16 years of clinical experience in health psychology, trauma recovery, program development, and working with underserved and exploited populations. Her training and practice has included working with diverse populations and providing culturally responsive care. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Focusing on the individual’s relative experience, cultivating strengths, and collaborating with patients to foster healing and empowerment is the foundation of her work. She utilizes integrative, evidence, and lived-experience informed methods. Interventions used include Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, and Holistic and Somatic based models.
